An Overview of Vladivostok Airport

Vladivostok Airport is a major international airport located near Ardyom, Primorsky Krai, Russia, approximately an hour south of the capital of Moscow. It formerly called Knevni Airport but was renamed Vladivostok Airport in 2020. It serves most of Russia and surrounding regions. This article briefly discusses the major features of this airport.

The airport consists of two terminals, each terminal has an indoor and outdoor terminal building. The main terminal buildings are the Krasnoi Sokhimy (Krasnoi Terminus) and Krasnoi Makhovskikh (Terminal Building). These are large open air buildings with long walkways. Both buildings are open to visitors and can be accessed by either air or land. The international terminal is accessible by rail, road, and bus. The airport was constructed by the Tupolev Transport Corporation and is fully automated and has many free parking areas. There is a separate bus terminal at the airport.

The airport is serviced by a number of airlines including Russian airlines, Lufthansa, Asiana, and British Airways. There are also a number of domestic flights serving this airport, and there are flights to the major destinations of Japan, China, Korea and Mongolia. There are also a number of ferry services that bring people to this part of Russia. The main train station is situated on the opposite side of the airport.

The airport has two terminals and a fourth one is being built nearby. There are two gates to the terminal building and the main terminal has a ramp and security checks for passengers. A short walk from the main terminal is a car park.

Due to the high level of security at the airport you will need to have a Russian Passport. You will need to have a copy of your passport when you arrive at the airport, and there is a machine where you can print out a few copies of your passport when you arrive back at the airport. Once you have a copy of your passport and your airline tickets, you can proceed to the departure lounge. These are self-service check-in counters and you will need to go through a security check. the same security check as you would in at any other airport.

You will be able to purchase a plane ticket to get to any destination that you wish to fly to using any airline that has flights to this area of Russia. There are a number of travel companies that can provide this service. You can also book hotel accommodation in Russia. The rates are very reasonable and often include a flight. Many hotels in Russia also provide a local transportation service. This option may prove less expensive than if you are trying to travel via a direct flight to Russia.
